Freight: Orders for in- stock items will normally ship the same day or next day via UPS- FedEx ground. Priority shipments of in- stock items must be received by 2:00 pm CST to insure same – day shipping. All merchandise is shipped freight prepaid and the shipping cost is added to the total cost of your invoice. Oversized packages, special order products, and shipments made to destinations outside the contiguous United States may incur additional charges.

Returns: Prodry hair products offers a one week -back guarantee. Customers desiring to return merchandise must do so within 7 days. A Return Authorization Number is required on all returns. Simply email prodryhair@gmail.com and please write your invoice number or order number and one of our account representatives will email you your return code. Prodry hair products is liable only for the cost of defective parts. Carriers are responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Sales Tax: Application sales tax will be added to all items for customers residing in CA, FL, GA, IL, MN, NV, NY, SD, TN, TX and WI that do not have a tax exempt resale certificate issued by the respective states.
